As a part of TEQIP activity, few community service programs have been organized by various faculty of the institution. These programs mainly aimed at rendering the services to the organized sector of the community.

The details of the programs are as follows:

One day National Seminar on Technology for Social Justice held on 4th March 2006, organized by SC/ST teachers association. Expenditure involved Rs. 2.25 Lakhs from JNTUCEH. One week programme on Communication skills during 26th September to 1st October 05 organized by TEQIP and EDC. Expenditure involved Rs. 30,016. One month Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPS) held during 3rd October to 29th October’2005, Organized by EDC under TEQIP. Expenditure involved Rs. 1,21,835. Two Programmes on English language communication skill held during 26-27 September and 29-30 September 2005 organized by department of humanities under TEQIP funds. Expenditure involved Rs. 15,600. September 1996-July 1998 selection grade Asst. Prof. in Civil Engineering, JNT University, Hyderabad.   Grand Total Rs. 0.392 Millions

It is proposed to conduct few more programs which will directly reach the un-organized sector of the community. It is felt that the direct beneficiaries of the community may be contacted.

Held discussions with Principal Secretary Tribal welfare for organizing training Programmes to various tribal unemployed youth, organized sector and unorganized sector.

Finalized the draft proposal with tentative programs. Following is the list of proposed community service programs.
